Get Connected with the Deal of the Day
I remember clearly when a phone used to be something you would have in your house, and everyone within the house would share it. I remember when it took over a minute just to get connected to the internet. Nowadays, however, everyone has a phone. And those phones can go on the internet and do all sorts of crazy things. Don’t even get me started on tablets. Well, OK, since the Motorola XOOM is a daily deal today, I’ll get started.
With tablets on the rise, people can now purchase something that operates completely on touch and can do anything from browsing the internet to playing games. They’re sleek, small, powerful and expensive. The price some want for these things is absolutely ridiculous sometimes! Do I want to use a tablet? Of course! Do I have $700 to do it? Heck no!
That’s why I’m also glad time has given rise to the daily deals model. Things that are normally $699.99 can now be purchased for $269.99! Less than $300? Now that’s more like it!
